Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your toys products must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unopened and unused.
- The item must be returned within 30days of delivery.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
Please note that certain products may not be eligible for return and refund due to health and safety concerns. These products will be clearly marked on the product page and cannot be returned once they have been opened or used.
Process for Returns and Refunds
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at Contact@ryenna.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
- Write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided with the RA number.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Once we receive your return and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3 to 7 days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at Contact@ryenna.com within [Insert number of days] of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no additional cost, or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer valid, we will issue a store credit or refund by check.

Cancellation Policy

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders may already be in the processing or shipping stages and cannot be canceled. If an order cannot be canceled, you may still be eligible for a return and refund as outlined in this policy.
International Returns
